Jack
Cole, President and CEO of Harper-Cole Insurance Services,
Inc. has been in the life insurance industry for 39 years and has had a
successful career in both selling insurance and management of life insurance
agencies as well as brokerage services. Jack is a founding member of Executive
Marketing Insurers, one of the top 15 life insurance marketing companies in the
world and has strategic partnerships with every major NMO and Insurance Company
in the industry. Jack enlisted in the United States Marine Corp after graduating
high school at the beginning of the Viet Nam war. After serving his
tour of duty, Jack entered the insurance industry in April of 1968 as a debit
agent for The John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Co. in Canton, Ohio
while going to college full-time. At the end of his first year as an agent,
Jack led the Eastern US region in sales and over
the years won many awards and received notable industry recognition. Jack was “Speaker
of the Year” twice at the “Northwest Health Insurance Conference”, and spoke
nationally on varies insurance related topics in the early 1980’s. Prior to the
emergence of Independent Marketing Organizations, Jack’s first true brokerage
service, “Jack Cole and Associates” was
started in the mid-80’s and serviced agents through out the Ventura, Santa
Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties of Southern California. Jack’s many years
of industry knowledge both in the field and behind the ropes brings a level of

Sarah
Harper-Cole, Executive Vice President and founding partner of
Harper-Cole Insurance Services, Inc. is the Executive Vice President and
Director of Sales Administration. Starting
out in 1992 as an agent in the field, Sarah led her office in life insurance
sales throughout California and Nevada. Sarah has been
in the life insurance industry for over 16 years and is highly knowledgeable in
sales, underwriting and case design. Sarah brings years of sales and
administrative experience to the field force and a level of service unmatched
at any other marketing company. In addition to overseeing the administration
area of Harper-Cole, Sarah also heads up the Annuity and Securities division. Prior
to coming into the insurance industry in 1992, Sarah headed up the sales
division of privately owned “semi-conductor” business in Northern
California; dealing with buyers of large corporations across the
country.

Bob Nienaber, nationally known for his expertise in the Deferred
Compensation and Executive Benefits marketplace, is a “Strategic Partner” with Harper-Cole
Insurance Services and is our “go-to”
expert for 100% of our deferred compensation and executive benefit plan designs
and sales. Bob is the National Sales Manager responsible for Executive Benefits
for The Phoenix Companies, Inc and is the co-designer of the company’s newly
created Executive Benefits Platform. Mr. Nienaber guides advisors and their
business clients to develop deferred compensation, defined benefit, stock
option alternative, 457(f), executive business continuation, and bonus plans
for their highly compensated executives. Prior to joining Phoenix Life
Insurance Company, Bob served as an Advanced Planning Regional Vice President
for the Principal Financial Group and as the CEO of Pointsource, Inc. Bob is also an international speaker on
executive and corporate benefit plans. Bob has worked in the past and continues
to work with members of the Congressional Senate Finance Committee through the
American Association of Life Underwriter Impact Committee dealing with all
issues affecting corporate executive benefit plans. Bob holds a bachelor’s
degree in Communications from California
State University,
Chico and is a Chartered Financial Consultant
(ChFC) from the American
College. Bob’s hobbies
include raising thoroughbred racehorses, mountain biking, automobile racing and
fly-fishing. Bob lives in Northern California
with Chelsea, his wife of fifteen years, and their daughter Katelyn. Bob can be
